The program is mentored by Justyna Mielnikiewicz, an award-winning Polish photographer based in Tbilisi since 2001.

The grant program supports the production of photo and/or video projects that focus on political, social, cultural or environmental issues in countries that represent the selected artists.

During 3 months each grantee will benefit from 6 sessions of online tutorial provided by the mentor of the grant program. A series of  webinars organized for the grantees is also part of the program.

The grant program is funded by the Prince Claus Fund within the Partnership Network Grant program 2022 and implemented by Tbilisi Photo Festival (TPF) in partnership with Tbilisi Photography & Multimedia Museum (TPMM).

By the end of the program, each granted participant will produce a slideshow/multimedia project out of the finished photo/video story. The multimedia project will become part of i-mediatheque - TPMM’s online  multimedia archive.
